Launching ‘Infobreak’ and ‘G. K. Hunt 2018’



  1. To improve General Knowledge and Digital Literacy skills of students through online information search, content creation, collaboration, sharing and multimedia learning.
  2. Unknowingly, making students use the buffer time available during the lunch break to gain General Knowledge.


  1.  ‘G. K. Hunt’: Competition for Class VI-XI students on preparing PowerPoint presentations based on any theme/topic related General Knowledge. Maximum 25 slides with texts/questions & answers/images/videos/facts, etc.
  2. Selected presentations/videos will be screened continuously for 10 minutes in the library during the lunch break.
  3. Selected presentations will be awarded gifts/certificates.
  4. Selected participants will be given an opportunity to present special items in the morning assembly.
  5. A database of presentations will be prepared and published on the project blog.
  6. At the end of the academic year, a GK Quiz competition will be conducted.

  • Class VI-XI students can participate, individually and as a Team of Two.
  • Prepare Powerpoint Presentations on any General Knowledge Topics or Themes (see some suggested topics).
  • Maximum 20-25 slides (you may include texts/ images/videos or animations). If it is in a quiz format, include the question and the answer on the same slide.
  • The first slide must consist of the details; G. K.Topic, Name, Class & Division of the Student.
  • Completed ppts should be sent to on or before 20th June 2018.
  • Register online here
  • Winners will be awarded prizes and certificates.
